Founders 30

$9.99 USD / 30 days

All Basic features at the launch price for the first 30 paying stores. Available places are reserved automatically when you request Shopify approval. Development-store test subscriptions do not consume a place.

If all remaining places are awaiting approval, new applicants wait; they are not silently moved to the higher price. After 30 places have been confirmed, new stores are offered Basic at $11.99 USD every 30 days.

The price shown in the app must be approved on Shopify before billing begins. The launch rate continues while the eligible subscription remains active. Uninstalling cancels the subscription; after the store's data is deleted, a previous launch rate cannot be guaranteed on reinstallation.

Existing loyalty functionality remains included in Basic. Email sending requires customer consent and merchant activation. At most one app notification per customer per 24 hours. Shopify Messaging has its own sending allowances and charges, separate from the Loyalty Trails subscription. Refunded or cancelled qualifying orders revoke referral bonuses.

App subscription prices are in USD, independently of the store’s loyalty currency. Any applicable taxes and final billing terms appear on Shopify’s approval screen. Loyalty Trails does not configure additional usage charges or a trial period. Shopify Messaging charges, if applicable, are separate.
